I have been in the meat trade for more years than I can remember. I have been a manager in shops and large retail companies since I was twenty years of age. I gained my master butcher diploma when I was twenty-two years of age.
Over the year’s I have gained diplomas’ in meat, food, hygiene & management.
I am very proud to be a part of a craft trade, that in my opinion is slowly coming back.
I only supply the best meat that is available, from local companies, who buy from locally sourced farms, we try our very best to buy within a thirty-mile radius of Reilly’s Butchers.
