Delivery Information

Our delivery schedule runs from Tuesday to Fridays in the UK. There are no delivery slots on Sunday and Mondays.

Depending on your postcode area you will be offered a number of options at checkout. Currently, we offer free local delivery (PR0 to PR5 postcodes only) for orders over £20. Mainland UK deliveries under £150 are charged at a set amount of £8 and orders over £150 are delivered free of charge. If you would prefer to click and collect than you can place your order online and put our shop address as the delivery address so that we know you want to collect the order from our shop. 

Our orders have many different ways of reaching their destination, we use external couriers alongside our own drivers. Tracking is only available for those that are delivered via courier. Delivery time slots operate from 8am until 8pm.

We use a delivery date selector upon checking out at no extra cost to you however, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed date and sometimes orders are delayed by 1 working day.

Working with our courier partner we are able to provide tracked, safe and contactless delivery. We are able to offer nationwide delivery and are very proud of our family run online butchers.

Individual meat items are packed, wrapped and then placed into an insulated liner within our packaging boxes. The vast majority of our meat is vacuum packed which pumps a gas into the packaging which helps increase the shelf life of your meat when refrigerated, this does, however, have a slight gassy smell so don’t be put off by this! Once the order is put together within the liner, food-safe ice gels are placed within the box to ensure the meat stays nice and chilled during its journey to you.

Our packaging box is 100% fully recyclable and the ice gels are also recyclable but please check with your local authority.
