Refund Policy

Returns

Perishable goods are exempt from being returned.

Missing Deliveries/items

Please email orders@prestonbutchers.co.uk regarding missing deliveries/items, issues will be dealt with as soon as possible, the normal response time will be within 24 hours from receipt of your enquiry.

Refunds

We only exchange or refund missing or defective/damaged goods and photographic evidence of the latter needs to be provided to orders@prestonbutchers.co.uk

Exchanges are for full orders or customers local to our shop only everything else will be dealt with via partial refund at Reillys Butcher's discretion.

Reillys Butcher's will not take responsibility for orders that are not received due to inaccurate address details being input or damage/ theft post-delivery if leave safe instructions have been adhered to and POD from courier is available.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
